Abstract:Observing the cell of callus of F_1 hy-brid of wheat-wheatgrass by electron mi-croscopy,the higher order structure in thedecondensation of laggard chromosome wasinvestigated.Chromatin fibres at differentlevels with 330nm,100nm and 30nm indiameter were observed.The manner of theircondensation was in line with the HelicalCoiling Model.It was attended that thesupersolenoid chromonema of 330 nm wasorganized from chromonema of 100nm,and the latter was in turn organized fromchromonema of 30nm.The contents diffe-red from Helical Coiling Model with fourlevels.
