| Abstract: | Ribosomal protein S1 has been identified in Thermus thermophilus ribosomes. The gene of ribosomal protein S1 from Thermus thermophilus has been cloned and overexpressed in Escherichia coli. A procedure for purification of the protein has been developed. |
