番茄种子及萌发过程中蛋白体超微结构的研究

摘    要:对番茄种子蛋白体的结构,类型及萌发过程中的变化进行了详细观察,未萌发种子蛋白体周围由一单层膜包裹,内部为蛋白质基质及分布其中的内含物3部分组成,根据内含物形态和性质上的不同可分为球状晶体,拟晶体和簇晶体3种形式,根据蛋白体所含内含物的不同,将蛋白体划分为5种基本类型:(1)基质蛋白体;(2)球状晶体蛋白体;(3)拟晶体蛋白体;(4)簇晶体蛋白体;(5)复合蛋白体。萌发过程中,蛋白体逐渐降解并液泡化

Abstract:The protein body of ungerminated and germinated tomato seeds was studied in this paper.Protein body consists of a limited membrance,proteinaceous matrix and different types of inclusions:globoid crystals,protein crystalloids and druse crystals.According to the difference of inclusions,protein bodies are divided into five types:(1) only with proteinaceous matrix,without any inclusion;(2) only with gloid crystals in proteinaceous matrix;(3) protein body consists of protein crystalloids and protein matrix;(4) with druse crystal in protein matrix;(5) with gloid crystals and protein crystalloids without druse crystals in protein matrix.Protein body degradats and vacuolats gradually during germination.There are two degradative patterns of protein bodies:internal degra dation,both internal and peripheral degradation.The fundamental change of inclusions during germination is investigated.
