| Abstract: | Summary An improved method for the mild immobilization of living microbial cells in an amine-cured epoxy resin is described. To demonstrate the viability of cells, immobilized baker's yeast was used for the production of ethanol. A repeated and continuous reincubation of the biocatalyst was possible. |
