| Abstract: | Summary pUR2, a certified B2(EK2) vector, allows easy isolation of variants containing cloned EcoRI-fragments. Bacteria harboring plasmids without inserts make blue colonies on indicator-plates, whilst those harboring recombinant plasmids make white colonies. |
