| 摘 要： | 除了内源激素外,插条的营养水平是影响长白落叶松扦插生根的另外一个重要因子。经研究发现,可溶性糖和氮素含量在不同母树年龄的插穗中存在着差异,在幼龄母树的插穗中,它们的含量较高。说明营养水平、特别是可溶性糖及氮素对于扦插生根是很重要的。它们的含量丰富,有利于生根。但用碳水化合物与氮素的比值来表示生根力并不理想。 |

| Abstract: | Besides endogenous plant hormones , nutritive material is another important factor that affects the rooting of Larix olgensis . The results of experiment demonstrated that dissolvable sugar and nitrogen levels exist divergence in cuttings of different age of seed-tree , They were higher in cuttings of young seed-tree. It is proved by experiments that nutrition especially the dissolvable sugar and nitrogen levels are important. When the contents are plentiful, the rate of rooting are higher, and the ratio between dissolvable sugar and nitrogen is not a ideal target to express the capability of rooting of Larix olgensis . |
