摘    要:本文提出一种利用结石粒子X光图像边缘灰度差最大的特性,对粒子边缘进行自动检测勾边的方法,对已勾好边界的粒子再进行填充,这样就可以较为精确地计算出粒子的直径,周长,面积等,处理完毕还可将原图像恢复。

Abstract:This paper presents a method using the character that the gradation of image at the calculus stone particle edge is the greatest can automatic detect the particle image edge and marking it. After marking the image edge can fill the particle image and accurate calculate the calculus stone diameter, perimeter and area. When the process is finished the image can be recovered.
