摘    要:单链抗体(scFv)是具有抗体活性的最小功能结构单位,是基因工程抗体研究领域中的热点,具有比单克隆抗体在生物病原体、微生物污染和寄生虫病等预防、检测和治疗的独特优点和应用前景.鉴于其重要性,单键抗体在不同的表达系统中得到表达与研究.简要综速了scFv的表达.

Abstract:Single chain Fragment variable(scFv) is the smallest function structure units with antibody active and the hot spots in the field of genetic engineering antibody.Compared with monoclonal antibodies,scFv features much unique advantages and application prospect in prevention,detection and treatment of biological pathogens,microbial contamination and parasitic disease.As its importance,scFv has got expressed and researched in different expression systems.scFv expression were summarized briefly.
