| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨金标法和免疫发光法检测CEA在健康体检中的应用价值。方法:对728例健康体检的个人同时应用金标法和免疫发光法测定CEA,对结果进行分析。结果:金标法测定的阳性率为0.69%,免疫发光法测定的阳性率为0.41%,两者具有高度一致性。结论:对健康体检人群应先用金标法进行定性,对阳性结果再用免疫发光法进行定量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinic value of using dot immunogold chromatographic assay and fluorescence enzyme immunoassay to detect CEA in physical examination.Methods: Dot immunogold chromatographic assay and fluorescence enzyme im-munoassay were used to detect CEA in 728 patients and the results were compared.Results: There were 5 positive cases(0.69%) in dot immunogold chromatographic assay and 3 positive cases(0.41%) in fluorescence enzyme immunoassay,which showed a high agree-ment.Conclusion: In the... |
