| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨代谢综合症和高血压病患者外周血清IL-18、脂联素及hs-CRP水平变化及其临床意义。方法:采用放射免疫法检测尿微量蛋白、血胰岛素水平,采用乳胶增强免疫比浊法法检测hs-CRP水平,采用ELISA法检测IL-18和脂联素水平。结果:与正常对照组比,高血压病组和MS组IL-18、hr-CRP、血糖、胰岛素水平明显升高(P<0.05),脂联素水平明显降低。IL-18水平与BMI、腰围、尿微量蛋白呈正相关,与HDL呈负相关(P<0.05),logistic分析表明,IL-18水平最显著影响因素是MB(IOR=1.230,P<0.05)。结论:IL-18在高血压病和MS患者表现不同程度的升高,并与MS诊断指标密切相关,可作为病情进展及疗效的指标。
