| Abstract: | This article were reviewed progress in the transformation of plant parasitic fungi,such as mycorrhizal fungi,endophytic fungi and plant pathogenic fungi with fluorescent protein genes,with emphasis on the construction of vectors,methods of transformation,detection of transgenes,and the application of the fluorescent protein markers in the study of infection process of the plant pathogenic fungi.Finally the existing problems and future interests were also discussed. |
