108例高血压脑出血围手术期护理

目的结高血压脑出血围手术期护理经验。方法对108例脑出血患者围手术期的护理进行回顾性分析。结果死亡5例，存活103例，随诊1—12个月，日常生活能力评价：Ⅰ级33例，Ⅱ级40例，Ⅲ级16例，Ⅳ级10例，Ⅴ级4例。结论做好围手术期的护理，能协助患者建立良好的心理适应，提高手术耐受力，改善预后，提高生存质量。
