| Abstract: | The interaction of Pneumocystis carinii purified from rat lung with human polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN) was studied using amplified chemiluminescence. Pre-incubation of PMN with granulocyte-macrophage stimulating factor or gamma interferon resulted in phagocyte stimulation. |
