人血清白蛋白荧光的红际激发效应

摘    要:研究了人血清白蛋白中色氨酸的荧光红际激发效应,阐明了人血清白蛋白的红际激发效应与PH,温度及尿素浓度存在一定的关系,外界条件的改变使得色氨酸残基所处的微环境发生了变化,使得色氨酸残基的基态和激发态的能级产生不同的分布,从而得到不同的红际激发效应。

Abstract:We have studied the fluorescence red-edge-excitation effects of human serum albumin.Our results indicate that the red-edge-excitation effects of human serum albumin depends on the pH,temperature and concentration of the denaturant.The different red-edge-excitation effects are produced by a redistribntion of the energy levels both in the ground and the excited states of the chromphore aroused by changes of external conditions.Studying red-edge-excitation effects of HSA,we have observed that under of acidic pH,and high temperature,the two denatured states of HSA have different conformations and at pH 7.4 with increasing temperature there was a conformation transition process similar to that of acid denaturation.
