Abstract: | Desulforedoxin, a two-iron, two-chain protein from the bacterium Desulfovibrio gigas, has been crystallized. X-ray diffraction photos show symmetry consistent with space group P3121 or the enantiomorph P3221. Cell parameters are .Crystals develop sufficiently well for an X-ray diffraction analysis of at least 2.0 Å resolution to be performed. |
