臭氧和氟化氢复合熏气对小麦叶片形态和生理机能的影响

摘    要:用开顶式熏气装置,研究了臭氧(O_3)和氟化氢(HF)单独与复合熏气对春小麦(TriticumaestivumL.)叶片伤害症状、叶片的膜透性、糖和叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,复合熏气比单独熏气对叶片的伤害更重,它们都使膜透性增大,叶绿素含量下降。熏气初期可溶性糖含量升高,伤害加重时则含量下降。研究还得出O_3和HF复合熏气对小麦的伤害具有联合作用,对幼叶的伤害具有协同效应,而对老龄叶的危害似有一定的拮抗作用。

Abstract:Spring wheat plants(Triticum aestivum L.)were fumigated with ozone(O_3)and hydrogenfluoride(HF)alone or the combination of the both in open-top chambers.The effects of the fu-migation on morphology,membrane permeability,carbohydrates metabolism and chlorophyllcontent of leaves were investigated in this paper.The result showed that the leaf injury was moreserious when the leaf was fumigated with O_3 and HF in mixture,alltreatments of fumigationmade the membrane permeability increase and chlorophyll content decrease,the content ofsoluvable surgar increased during early days of fumigation and then decreased.The result indicat-ed that there was joint action to the leaf damage caused by O_3 and HF in mixture,and there wassynergism to young leaf damages and antagonism to the old leaf damage.
