摘    要:小麦-簇毛麦6V二体附加系,6A(6V)二体代换系,6A^L.6V^s二体易位系在细胞学上是基本稳定的6V,6A^L.6V^s染色体能够通过配子稳定地传递给后代,在杂合状态下,带有6V的配子传递率普遍显著下降,在单体附加系(21”W+6V)中,6V通过雌配子的传递率(11.3%)高于通过雄配子的传递率(5.9%),在单体代换系(20”W+6A-6V)中,6V通过雌配子的传递率(10.4%)低于通过

Abstract:Wheat-H. villosa 6V disomic addition line, 6A(6V) disomic subsitution line, 6AL . 6VS disomic translocation line were basically stable on cytology, chromosomes 6V and translocation chromosomes 6AL. 6VS in them can transmit to offsprings stablly.The transmission frequency of garnetes with 6V in heterozygous plants were decreased clearly. In monosomic-addition line (21" W 6V' ), the transmission frequency of 6V was higher through female garnetes than through male garnetes(11.3% and 5.9%,respechvely). In monosomic-substitution line (20"W 6A' 6V' ), the transmission frequency of 6V was lower through female garnetes than through male gametes (10.4% and 25.5%, respectively), but all of them were significantly less than expected (50%). The transmission of 6AL. 6VS was normal in monosomic translocation line (20" W 6A' 6A'. 6V'). In addition, the transmission frequency of 6V(6AL. 6VS)in heterozygous plants and 6V in wheat monosomic of homoeologous group 6 through self-crossing was scored and analysed, We consider that the functional compensation of 6V for 6A or 6D may be stronger than that of 6V for 6B.
