| Abstract: | This review briefly introduced the current methods of vaccine potency test,the function of mucosal antibody and its effectiveness in the laboratory vaccine protection.There is a propose that mucosal antibody efficacy may be an alternative index to evaluate vaccines’ protection and the important antibody of immune surveillance for some vaccines. |
