| 摘 要： | 肿瘤坏因子相关的凋亡诱导配体（ＴＮＦ－related apoptosis inducing ligand,TRALL)属于肿瘤坏死因子家族,可激活肿瘤细胞的凋亡。本文介绍了ＴＲＡＩＬ的结构与功能,凋亡诱导途径及其肿瘤治疗应用前景。

| Abstract: | TRAIL (TNF related apoptosis inducing ligand) belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) cytokine family ,can induce apoptosis in a wide variety of tumor cell lines. This review introduces research progress on TRAIL from several aspects: the structure and function of TRAIL, the pathway of its inducing apoptosis, TRAIL and cancer treatment, and its foreground. |
