干旱与复水对小麦光合和产量的影响

摘    要:通过不同生育期变水处理,研究干旱胁迫和复水处理分别对不同基因型小麦光合和产量影响。结果表明:拔节期为亏缺敏感期,该期胁迫引起产量显著降低,相比充分供水处理普通小麦减产25.93%,同时光合速率、水分利用效率、收获指数均下降,蒸腾增强;灌浆期为复水高效期,对比胁迫处理普通小麦增产38.78%,光合增强,水分利用效率和收获指数增加,蒸腾减弱。

Abstract:By water alterating at different stage,effect of water deficit and rewatering on yield and photosynthesis were studied in five wheat genotypes.The result indicated that it's sensitive to water deficit at jointing stage,which led to yield decreasing obviously,for example,Putong wheat yield shrinked 25.93% compared with the well-watered treatment,besides,photosynthetic rate,water use effect (WUE) and harvest index dropping,transpiration rate enhancing;It's effective especially rewatering at grainfilling stage.Contrast to the water stress treatment,Putong wheat yield enhanced 38.78%,with photosynthesis rate,WUE,harvest index and yield increasing,transpiration rate weakening at some degree.
