| 摘 要： | 报道了一株藤黄微球菌 (Micrococcusluteus)具有产酶能力 ,可以淀粉糊精为底物合成海藻糖 ,从还原糖含量变化、纸层析和高效阴离子交换 脉冲安培法检测几方面对酶反应予以证实。
