| Abstract: | AFLP(amplified fragment length polymorphism)molecular marker technology is a new type of molecular marker technology combining RFLP and PCR techniques,which has been widely applied in the field of drug research.This paper described the basic principles,characteristics and advantages of the technology of AFLP,focusing on its application progress in Chinese medicine research,and refers to the discussion and prospects. |
