| Abstract: | Based on the introduction of molecular markers, the research advances in stone fruit trees,including the relationship among stone fruit trees, gene tagging, gene orientation and cloning, molecular mapping construction and marker-assisted seletion, were reviewed in this paper. The prospect and urgent problems to be solved were also discussed. |
