植物抗细菌病害基因工程的研究进展及应用前景

摘    要:植物抗细菌病害基因工程的主要方法包括 :抑制细菌致病和毒性因子 ,激活植物本身抗病机制 ,导入植物防御基因 ,导入非植物抗菌蛋白的编码基因 ,利用细胞调亡反应控制病害的发生。本文综述了这方面的研究进展及应用前景。

Abstract:Main means to enhance plant resistances to bacterial diseases through genetic engineering include inhibiting the production of bacterial virulence factor and toxin, activating the defense mechanism in plant, introducing defense genes into plant, transforming non-plant-derived genes encoding anti-bacteria proteins into plant, suppressing disease by programmed cell death. Research progresses in this field are reviewed and the practical prospect is discussed.
