| 摘 要： | 脑缺血是继发性颅脑损伤的重要原因之一。但是创伤后脑缺血的发生机制仍不明确。近期一些临床及实验研究认为创伤后血管内微血栓的形成是脑外伤后普遍的反应,在创伤后脑缺血发生中起重要作用。针对微血栓产生的可能机制进行的预防和治疗,可能改善创伤后缺血患者的预后。本文综合近年来有关脑血管内微血栓的研究,时颅脑损伤后脑血管微血栓的形成特点和机制及治疗方面作一综述。

| Abstract: | Cerebral Ischemia is one of the main reasom of secondary brain injury,but the pathologic mechanisms of the injured brain have not been defined yet.In recent clinical and experimental researches,it is believed that the formation of intravas- cular microthrombosis is universal reaction after cerebral trauma,which plays an important role in posttraumatic cerebral ischemia. The prevention and treatment based on the possible mechanism of microthrombosis genesis might improve the prognosis of the pa- tients with posttraumatic cerebral ischemia.This article summarizes the related researches on the features,mechanism and treatment of intravascular microthrombosis formation after cerebral injury. |
