电刺激大马蹄蝠听皮层对下丘神经元听觉敏感性的影响

摘    要:实验在12只大马蹄蝠上进行。用常规电生理学方法研究了电刺激听皮层对下丘212个神经元的听反应的影响,结果表明,有32个神经元的听反应被抑制,19个神经元的听反应褐易化。

Abstract:The influences of electrical stimulation of auditory cortex (AC) on auditory sensitivity of inferior collicular (IC) neurons were studied by using conventional electrophysiological methods in 12 CF-FM bat, Hipposiderous. Among 212 IC neurons studied, the response of 32 (15.10%) neurons were inhibited and 19 (8.96%) neurons were facilitated by electrical stimulation of auditory cortex. AC stimulation changed the intensity-rate function IC neurons. Corticofugal inhibition sharpened the frequency tuning and reduced the auditory response area of IC neurons, and corticofugal facilitation produced the opposite effects. Percent change of inhibition or facilitation was the lowest at the response center of IC neurons, however, it increased when the loudspeaker was shifted away from the response center.
