光点位移运动激发的瞬态瞳孔反应

摘    要:用等高度的光点位移运动作为刺激来测量瞳孔反应,实验记录表明,即使输入到视网膜的总光通量不变,仅仅是刺激点的位置改变就能激发起瞳孔反应,且其反应的位置分辨率可达10’,这一实检结果揭示了瞳孔对光反射通路不仅传递了进入瞳孔的总光通量的信息,而且还检测了刺激光点位置变化的信息。

Abstract:In present investigation, pupillary asponse to stimulus, Which was only the position shift o f a light spot in the visual field with she and ludriance kept constant, have been measured. The experimental data shoWed that transient pupillary constriction were evoked by the displacement of stimulus. The evolution of the displaCement detedion could reach to 10 minutes of arc. The restilts indicated that the signal sent to pupillomotor nucleus not only contained the information of integral ludriance for visual input, hilt also catried a ceratin space-temporal features of the stimulus.
