| Abstract: | The antimalarial synthetic ozonide OZ277 (RBx11160) was hydroxylated by human liver microsomes at the distal bridgehead carbon atoms of the spiroadamantane substructure to form two carbinol metabolites devoid of antimalarial activity. |
