Abstract:The effect of triazine and carbamate type of anticytokinins on in vitro response of embryogenic and nonembryogenic genotypes of orchardgrass (Dactylis glomerata L.) was studied. Both compounds stimulated callus production. Anticytokinins influenced both the efficiency of somatic embryogenesis and frequency of embryoid formation.
