| Abstract: | Abstract— The levels of 5-Hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), dopamine and norepinephrine were estimated in whole brain of rabbits inoculated intratracheally with manganese dioxide (400 mg). Twenty one and 58 per cent lowering in the concentrations of dopamine and norepinephrine, respectively, were observed as compared to that of controls, the concentration of 5-HT was found to be unaltered. |
