| Abstract: | Medium sized (10-15 amino acids) polypeptides isolated from normal human urine inhibit the growth of five established cell lines of human mammary cancer. Cytostatic and cytotoxic effects are dose dependent and reversible at lower doses. Evidence suggests a block to cell division in S phase. |
