| Abstract: | From the Engineering Biology Department of Sofia University' microbiological collection a Trichoderma species mutant strain was found to be most promissing on preparation of cellulase enzymic products. Based on solid-phase and submerged cultures laboratory and industrial scale procedures for obtaining cellulase products were developed. Different enzyme application possibilities were investigated and the results were presented. |
