甜瓜遗传多样性的AFLP分析

摘    要:利用AFLP(Amplified fragment length polymorphism)分子标记技术对48份甜瓜(Cucumis meloL.)材料遗传多样性和亲缘关系进行了研究.从64对引物中筛选出了10对进行选择性扩增,共扩增出423条带,其中多态性条带172条,多态率为40.66%.聚类分析将供试材料分成了两大类群,即厚皮甜瓜类群和薄皮甜瓜类群,并进一步将厚皮甜瓜类群分成了4个亚类,与甜瓜传统分类结果基本一致.

Abstract:Genetic diversity and relationship of 48 melon(Cucumis melo L.)germplasms were studied by molecular marker technology AFLPs(Amplified fragment length polymorphisms).Ten selective primer pairs were screened from total 64 primer pairs and 172 polymorphic bands were observed from total 423 bands.The polymorphic percentage was 40.66%.Based on AFLPs results,48 materials were clustered into two groups,ie,thick-peel melon and thin-peel melon,and the thick-peel melon was further classified into four sub-groups.The results were consistent with the traditional classification.
