谷氨酰胺二肽在肠外营养中的应用

虽然谷氨酰胺（Ｇｌｎ）具有许多重要的生理功能，但是由于它不稳定性及低溶解度，使其应用受到限制。Ｇｌｎ二肽克服了它的缺点，并可被机体有效分解为氨基酸而被利用且没有任何毒副作用和不良反应。本文综述了Ｇｌｎ二肽的代射及其在肠外营养中的应用，Ｇｌｎ的许多生理作用在Ｇｌｎ二肽也逐步得以证实。

Application of Glutamine-Dipeptide in Parenteral Nutrition

Many important physiological roles of glutamine have been known, but the knowledge on using of glutamine as parenteral nutrition is limited due to its instability and lower solubility. However, the dipeptides containing glutamine is able to be used for this purpose. It was proved that after infusion, the dipeptides caused no undesirable side effects, and could be decomposed into the amino acids and be utilized. In this paper, the metabolism and the application of glutamine-dipeptides in parenteral nutrition were reviewed.
