摘    要:公立医院在内部绩效考核分配体系建设中一般比较关注科室工作量指标和经济效益指标,而对医疗技术水平指标往往关注不够或很少关注,尤其是在医院将缩短平均住院日指标纳入科室绩效考核分配评价体系后,科室是否存在着为单纯追求平均住院日指标的完成而刻意回避收治疑难重症患者的现象,医院管理层往往心中没底。北京大学第三医院在大力缩短平均住院日并取得显著效益的同时,在内部绩效考核分配体系构建中对医院内部各科室医疗技术水平指标实行真正量化考核等方面进行了有益的探索。

DRGs Related Index Applications in Hospital Performance Review System
Abstract:Public hospitals usually highlight work load indicators and economic indicators rather than medical technologies indicators among its departments. When average length of stay (ALOS) reduction has been considered as one of the measurements of department performance review system, it is difficult for hospital authorities to judge if departments are seeking for achieving ALOS index based on the refusal of critical ill patients. While great benefits from ALOS reduction, Peking University Third Hospital explores quantitative assessments and related areas on medical technologies level among departments during its performance review and reward system construction.
