摘    要:在实验室条件下,通过人工饲养研究了虫害处理的69杨和895杨对分月扇舟蛾Clostera anastomosis幼虫、蛹及成虫的生长发育的影响。结果表明:虫害处理的叶片对分月扇舟蛾幼虫表现为驱避作用;取食虫害处理的叶片,使得幼虫的发育历期延长,死亡率增加,对食物的利用和转化效率下降;蛹重减轻,蛹期延长;成虫的羽化率降低,产卵量减少。说明昆虫取食危害能够诱导杨树对分月扇舟蛾产生抗虫性。

Abstract:Herbivore-induced resistance in the plant Populus delttoids and its effect on the moth Clostera anastomosis was investigated under laboratory conditions.Choice experiments indicated that C.anastomosis larvae prefer unbrowsed to browsed leaves.Feeding larvae browsed leaves prolonged their development,greatly increased their mortality rate and significantly reduced their relative growth rate(RGR).Larvae's efficiency of conversion of digested food(ECD),efficiency of conversion of ingested food(ECI) and relative consumption rate(RCR) also decreased although the difference between browsed and unbrowsed leaves was not significant.Furthermore,browsed leaves also adversely affected the development of pupae and adults,reducing pupal weight,emergence rate and egg production.This study indicates that browsing by C.anastomosis can induce changes in the chemical composition of the leaves of P.deltoide that adversely affect the digestive metabolism and development of C.anastomosis.
