The D-glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase and 3-phosphoglycerate kinase complex from rabbit skeletal muscles |

| Abstract: | The experimental conditions favouring the association of Sepharose-bound D-glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase with soluble 3-phosphoglycerate kinase were studied. Acylation of D-glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase by 1.3-bisphosphoglycerate was found to be a prerequisite for the complex formation. |
