小麦品质和农艺性状的配合力分析

摘    要:依据田间试验和室内生化分析数据,按pxq交配模式,对10个冬小麦亲本25个杂交组合F1的蛋白质含量,赖氨酸含量,穗粒重和千粒重的一般配合力和特殊配合力效应进行了分析。结果表明,除蛋白质含量的sca外,其余性状的gca和sca效应均达极显著水平,表明在本研究中,基因的加性效应和非加性效应均起重要作用。由于一般配合力差δ^2sca大,表明基因的加性效应更加重要。根据gca,sca和δ^2sca估值,分

Abstract:Based on the data which were taken from the field experiments and biochemical analysing, general and specific combining ability of four characters (i. e. protein content,lysine content, grain weight per ear and 1000 grain weight) were estimated with ten winter wheat parents in PxQ mating pattern. The results indicated that general combining ability (gca) and specific combining ability (sca) were highly statistically significant as shown by variance analysis except Sea of protein content,indicating both additive and non-additive genetic effects are playing an important role in present study,and also gea/sca ratio is higher,showing that additive gene action is more important. The genetic property, and application of the parents to cross breeding was also analysed according to gca,sca and variance of sca.
