| Abstract: | The structure of ovipositors in 16 species of oribatid mites from the superfamily Crotonioidea (Acari, Oribatida) was studied. Similarities and differences in the ovipositor morphology are revealed. A brief comparative analysis of the structure of ovipositors in Macropylina (Crotonioidea) and Brachypylina oribatid mites was performed. |
