| 摘 要： | 对一株从土壤中筛选的产蓝色素链霉菌-ZLT菌株进行了生物学特性和色素基本特性的研究。根据其形态、培养特征和生理生化特性分析,该产蓝色素菌株为链霉菌属,命名为链霉菌-ZLT。与现有报道的放线菌蓝色素相比,该色素纯度较高,无毒副作用,初步认为该色素为一种新的天然蓝色素。

| Abstract: | The biological characteristics and pigment property were studied on Streptomyces-ZLT producing blue pigment screened from soil.According to the morphological,cultural feature,physilolgical and biochemical features,the strain was identified as Streptomyces and named as Streptomyces-ZLT.Compared with reported Streptomyces blue pigments,this pigment would be a new kind of blue pigment with higher purity and no toxicity. |
