Abstract: | The discrimination of Rhizobium meliloti by pyrolysis mass spectrometry and DNA studies was investigated. It was found that the separation of these strains by these two methods was similar. When different Curie-point temperatures, 358°C and 530°C, were employed the results obtained were highly correlated, even though the data were not comparable. |
