摘    要:用微波消解和马弗炉灰化消解分别处理云南、浙江、霍山三种产地的铁皮石斛干花,再用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)定量分析多种元素含量,构建一种快速测定石斛干花元素含量的方法。结果表明,微波消解结合ICP-OES测出三产地石斛花存在常量元素K、Ca、Na、Mg和微量元素Se、Co、Cu、Mn、Fe、Cr、Sr、Zn、B,且含量均高于马弗炉消解结合ICP-OES测定结果;有害元素As、Pb、Cd、Hg和潜在有害元素Sb、Ba、Sn、Al、Ni均未检出;内标回收率均在92.5%-110.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)<10%。试验探究出微波消解和ICP-OES的结合不仅效率高,检测成本低,运行稳定且测定结果准确可靠,可用于铁皮石斛干花中多元素分析研究。

Abstract:Dried Dendrobium officinale flowers produced in Yunnan,Zhejiang and Huoshan,China were treated by microwave digestion method and muffle furnace ashing digestion method,respectively.Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)was then used to quantitatively analyze the content of multiple elements to establish a method for fast determination of element content in dried D.officinale 0x0E?Symbol`@@0x0Fflowers.The results showed that the existence of macroelements K,Ca,Na,Mg and microelements Se,Co,Cu,Mn,Fe,Cr,Sr,Zn and B in D.officinale flowers from the three production places were detected by microwave digestion method combined with ICP-OES,and the content was higher than that detected by muffle furnace ashing digestion method and ICP-OES;harmful elements As,Pb,Cd,Hg and potentially harmfulelements Sb,Ba,Sn,Al and Ni were not detected;the recovery of internal standard was 92.5%-110.0%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 10%.This study concluded that the combination of microwave digestion method and ICP-OES not only has high efficiency,low test cost,and stable operation,but also produces accurate and reliable measurement results.It can be applied to multiple elements analysis of dried D.officinale flowers.
