摘    要:目的:为了解芽变毛白杨(以下称芽变杨)新品种的特点及融合亲本。方法:试验以芽变杨、毛白杨和大官杨为研究对象,进行形态学、同功酶等分析。结果:在外部形态上芽变杨既有毛白杨和大官杨的特点,具有两亲本折中的形态。显微观察,导管壁较厚,管腔占木质部的比例小。同功酶谱带具有两亲本特有的条带,这为芽变杨是大官杨和毛白杨两者的融合突变提供了直接证据。

Abstract:Objectives:In order to find out the characteristics and fusion parents of the new breed.Methods:Morphology and isodynamic enzyme were analyzed making the mutant of Populus tomentosa,P.tomentosa and P.dakuanensis as the materials.Results:The results showed that: the mutant of Populus tomentosa not only had the features of P.tomentosa and P.dakuanensis,but also had itself features which were intersection of parents in outside shape;Observing through microscope,the vessel wall of mutant was thicker and the ratio of barrel of pipe to xylem was smaller than parents.The mutant had two bands of isodynamic enzyme which were characterized by parents,this offered the directly evidence to prove the mutant of Populus tomentosa is fusion mutant of P.tomentosa and P.dakuanensis.
