| Abstract: | We present an image of pseudo-polymorphic ventricular tachycardia recording on a 12-lead surface ECG Holter. Although at first glance the appearance of the recording resembled polymorphic ventricular tachycardia, careful investigation revealed normal electrocardiographic findings. |
