叶绿体结构状态与光化学活性的关系

摘    要:叶绿体被膜阻碍以Fecy为受体的电子传递,而对以DCIP为受体的电子传递无妨。被膜完整度越高则P/O值也越高。类囊体膜结构的完整度高,则电子传递速率和P/O值也比膜结构受到破损时高。类囊体膜结构的完整度对保持PS Ⅱ活性是必要的,随着完整度的降低,PS Ⅱ在电子传递中所占比重相应减少。

Abstract:It has been demonstrated from our research on photochemical activity of intactchloroplast, mixture of unbroken and broken chloroplasts, swollen chloroplastand ultrasonicated chloroplast that 1) chloroplast envelope affects the electrontransport and coupled photophosphorylation of chloroplast, its influence on the rateof electron transport varies with the type of artificial electron acceptors used; 2) thestructure of thylakoid membrane affects the energy conservation, rate of electrontransport and coupled photophosphorylation, and the integrity of thylakoid membraneis necessary for keeping the rate of electron transport and the ratio of P/O high; 3)the integrity of thylakoid membrane is also necessary for maintaining PS II activityat the normal level, a decrease of PS II activity accompanies with the decrease ofthylakoid membrane integrity, the lowest PS II activity occurs at the moment whenthylakoid membrane is broken.
