核糖体单链失活蛋白在无细胞体系中的活性

摘    要:核糖体单链失活蛋白是一类广泛分布于植物中的蛋白质,它能使真核细胞核糖体60S亚基失活。本文报道了一些核糖体单链失活蛋白的制备、纯化以及在兔网织红细胞裂解液中对蛋白质生物合成的抑制活性及它们对完整细胞的毒性。其中多数的核糖体单链失活蛋白是首次被分离纯化并对其毒性进行研究的。

Abstract:Ribosome-inactivating proteins which widespread throughout the plant kindom, are a specific type of RNA N-glycosidases, which inactivate the eukaryotic 60S ribosomal subunits.In this report, 14 different toxic and nontoxic single chain RIPs have been prepared and purified for comparison of their inhibitory activities of protein synthesis in rabbit reticulocyte lysate and their cytotoxicities to intact cells, in which most of them are firstly reported.
