摘    要:目的 探究青海地区产后6至8周产妇阴道微生态的变化及其影响因素。 方法 选取2019年1月至6月在本院妇产科足月分娩的产妇665例,在产妇产后6至8周复查时进行阴道微生态检测,测定阴道pH值以及阴道致病菌,同时做盆底功能检测,记录产妇血性恶露干净时间和分娩方式等。 结果 产后6至8周产妇阴道炎感染率为33.98%,其中需氧菌阴道炎患者77例(11.58%),细菌性阴道病患者89例(13.38%),滴虫性阴道炎患者41例(6.17%),外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者19例(2.86%),共计226例。 结论 产后6至8周产妇阴道微生态失衡,pH值明显异常,以细菌性感染为主,产后微生态的失衡与盆底功能受损有关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the incidence of vaginal infection after 6 8 weeks postpartum in Qinghai. Methods A total of 665 women who came for 6 8 weeks postpartum exam at our hospital during January to June 2019 were selected, for whom routine screening was conducted by using conventional examination of leucorrhea. The vaginal pH values and the pelvic floor function were detected. Information of lochia in puerperium were recorded. Results There were 266 cases of vaginal infections (33.98%), including 77 cases with aerobic vaginitis (11.58%), 89 cases with bacterial vaginosis (13.38%), 41 cases with trichomonal vaginitis (6.17%), and 19 cases with vulvovaginal candidiasis (2.86%). Conclusion The vaginal microecological environment is badly unbalanced during the period of puerperium. Bacterial vaginitis is the most common vaginal infection after 6 8 weeks postpartum, and the occurence is related to pelvic floor dysfunction.
