新疆昆仑雪菊水提物对小鼠肠道短链脂肪酸的调节作用

摘    要:目的 研究新疆昆仑雪菊水提物对小鼠肠道短链脂肪酸的影响。 方法 C57BL/6小鼠随机分为4组:空白对照组(n=10)、高剂量组(n=10)、中剂量组(n=10)和低剂量组(n=10),给药14 d,用气相色谱法测定粪样中乙酸、丙酸、丁酸水平。 结果 相比空白对照组,低剂量组小鼠肠道粪样中乙酸水平显著升高(F=4.662,P=0.011),丙酸水平显著降低(F=3.097,P结论 新疆昆仑雪菊水提物对小鼠肠道短链脂肪酸具有一定的调节作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of aqueous extract of Coriopsis ticntoria flowers from Xinjiang Kunlun Mountain on intestinal short chain fatty acids (SCFAs) in mice. Methods The mice were divided into high dose group (n=10), medium dose group (n=10), low dose group (n=10) and blank control group (n=10) respectively, and treated for 14 days. Gas chromatography was used to detect the levels of acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid. Results Compared with blank control group, the level of acetic acid in low dose group increased significantly (F=4.662, P=0.011), while that of propionic acid decreased significantly (F=3.097, PConclusion The aqueous extract of Coriopsis ticntoria flowers from Xinjiang Kunlun has a regulatory effects on the intestinal SCFAs in mice.
