花椒气相色谱指纹图谱共有峰的GC/MS研究

摘    要:采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,对13个居群花椒的气相色谱指纹图谱17个共有峰进行了定性分析,初步鉴定了各成分的结构。

Abstract:The volatile oil of Zanthaxylum bungeanum Maxim. samples form thirteen different places were extracted by steam distillation and ether extraction, then analyzed by GC identically. The main co-peaks of GC fingerprint was analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Msaa Spectrometry(GC/MS). Seventeen constituents were identified.
