Abstract: | Two novel adenosine analogs, viz. 9-(1′-β-D-arabinofuranosyl)-6-nitro-1,3-dideazapurine or Ara-NDDP (1) and 9-(5′-deoxy-5′-S-(propionic acid) (1′-β-D-ribofuranosyl) adenine or SAH analog (2), indigenously synthesized, have been found to be potential anticancer agents against cervical cancer caused by human papilloma virus. |
